This class is currently offered once a month. During this time we will seek to de-stress the mind and relax the body. We use Miracle Balls, time and gravity to release tension, align and reshape the body. There is a heavy focus on practicing the art and skill of relaxation. We use breathing techniques to stimulate the natural healing ability of our parasympathetic nervous system. This class is more about un-doing and learning how to down regulate the body to induce a sense of restoration and renewal. You will be required to have a set of Miracle Balls.
